The Berrien County Fairgrounds offers one of the most comfortable, affordable and convenient local facilities to rent for your special occasion, dinner, meeting or event. Each month we rent space for a variety of events including dog and horse shows, antique shows, company picnics, meetings, banquets, dinners, receptions and many other events!

Commercial Area – Buildings 34, 35, 36, 37:
The commercial area consists of four 60x200 ft. clear span buildings with concrete floors. The buildings are side by side and are easily available from the Gate 2 or Gate 3 entrances, with plenty of parking area directly behind the buildings. These buildings have been used for company picnics, craft shows, antique shows, auctions, trade shows, dog/cat shows, and many other events.
