2012 FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION:

Fair Dates: August 13 - 18, 2012

Hours of Operation: 11:00 am to 11:00 pm (7:00 am if you serve breakfast)

BREAKDOWN OF ESTIMATED COSTS:

20% of GROSS receipts

$100.00 Non refundable deposit (not applied towards your percentage)

$25.00 Electric Connect/Disconnect Fee

(Fair Electricians are the ONLY ones authorized to connect or disconnect electrical services)

$1.50 per amp Concession Trailer - Electric Hook-Up for the week

$1.50 per amp Supply Trailer - Electric Hook-Up for the week

$110.00 Insurance (added to BCYF master policy) OR

Provide a certificate of insurance with the Berrien County Youth Fair

listed as an ADDITIONAL NAMED INSURED.

Gate Passes: A limited number of free Fair admission passes will be

allowed per concession. If additional passes are needed for workers,

they are available to purchase.
